I agree in principal with the concept of a test to determine the suitability of immigrants wishing to live in Britain, but surely such evaluations should be calculated before entering the country.
Am I wrong?

I couldn't throw a drunken Priest out of the store for God's sake. Thankfully he got fed up and staggered out eventually of his own accord.

No Armed Pitiful Drunk

Over the last few months this horrible, limbless little man has beome a real drunken menace. Losing both arms must be a dreadful experience but apparently that happened years ago ( bitten off by a tiger no less!) and instead of rebuilding his life he now drinks vast amounts each day until he falls down, giving someone else the problem of sorting him out.
